  2. 5-10k steps daily
  3. taking weekends off (as much as possible)

  1. trying to schedule myself too tightly
  2. eating sugar
  3. whining

Three things to add:

  1. Lotte Berk sessions 3x week
  2. regular meals
  3. 8 hours of sleep/ night
