- clean eating
- 5-10k steps daily
- taking weekends off (as much as possible)

- trying to schedule myself too tightly
- eating sugar
- whining
Three things to add:
- Lotte Berk sessions 3x week
- regular meals
- 8 hours of sleep/ night
