I reached a healthy weight in 2017, but I have one more weight loss goal for 2018. That will complete my weight loss journey, and maybe also my food journey, if I cement those healthy eating habits.

I don't eat fried food or fast food in any meaningful quantities, but I join Americans surveyed in my plan to eat less sugar, fewer snacks, and more vegetables.

I also want to exercise more. 10,000 steps and strength training three times a week seems like a reasonable but challenging goal.

I was interested to see, in the survey from which I snitched the graphic above, that hygiene and housekeeping were other health-related goals Americans planned to work on in the new year.

I think I'm doing fine on other health-related habits, so I plan to focus on eat-move-sleep.
