I had my first COVID-19 vaccine on April 7th and the second on April 29th.

I actually had a bit of trouble. First, as you can see from the screenshot below, I did a great job on sleeping. I slept and worked on weekdays and slept and read on weekends.

I thought this was the right thing to do, but I was too fatigued to make my own tea, let alone cook meals. So I wasn’t eating at all.

One day I ate an egg and some lettuce. Most days I wasn’t aware of eating anything. After a week or so my digestive system gave up. I got down to 116 pounds, and after visiting the doctor I began making a real effort to eat and drink. I had bowel movements on two days after that. I felt better.

As for moving, you can see that I didn’t.

For three weeks, I didn’t move, knit, eat (that was probably two weeks), do any housework, or continue with my routines. My husband did very little housework: dishes and one load of laundry.

Now what? Do I make proper meals a priority? Do I continue to sleep as much as possible? Do I go ahead get my house cleaned, if only for exercise?

I don’t know what to do. The doctor said to eat, to drink orange juice, to lay in energy bars, to start up taking vitamins again. I have been doing those things.

I think I need to get back to normal now.
