The bed is in Versailles. Would I sleep better in such a splendid equipage? I don’t know.

Over the past month I’ve met my goal of eight hours just about 25% of the time, but my average is between seven and eight hours each week.

The quality is not excellent — I wake up several times each night, and spend an hour or more awake or restless.

I haven’t given up sugar. I’m exercising four or five days a week, but lifting weights once or twice, not three times. No caffeine after 2:00 p.m., but have I been under stress? I really have no reason to be under stress.

I’m a bit more energetic than when I complained about my lack of sleep or excessive sleeping. My WiiFit numbers are over 3000 again.
