I gained a pound, bringing my total weight lost this month back to a tidy 10.

Here’s how I did it:

  • I got sick and quit working out for a week.
  • I ate three restaurant meals in two days.
  • I had a cupcake.

I think it’s okay. I’m back on track. I’m feeling better, too, and am back to working out.
