For the past couple of days I have felt tired, sleepy, even lazy. I’ve gone to sleep early and gotten up late, but have racked up an average of seven hours and 41 minutes a night. I’ve been trying to increase veggies and reduce sugar, and my BiteSnap app shows that I’ve been pretty successful with that. I’ve been exercising every day. I’ve also been pretty faithful with my morning and evening routines. I’m doing my daily chores, knitting, and reading in the evenings and taking a lunch break each day.
In short, I’ve done what I ought to.
So why am I facing fatigue?
