I’m knitting Amy Herzog’s Delish Cardigan in Elann Highland Wool, Victorian Rose.
I chose it with the idea of following the instructions from Herzog’s “Knit to Flatter” class precisely. I chose a pattern from the book and am being a good student, following instructions exactly according to my measurements.
But I can’t bring myself to make it in sand stitch. I’m using seed stitch instead. Is this an error? The collar is made in reverse stockinette, another stitch I dislike. I had thought of making the body in stockinette and the collar plus lower border and sleeve borders in seed stitch, but it’s too late for that.
So now I’m just hoping I come up with a good plan by the time I reach the collar.
