Recently I’ve been sleeping till I wake. Sometimes that’s 4:00 a.m. with my mind consumed with work, but more often it’s once it’s gotten light out — 7:00 or even 7:30. I’ve managed to sleep for a full eight hours much more often this way. Six times in the past few weeks, in fact, as shown by the stars in the record above.
However, I can’t get up at 7:30 and exercise and have a healthy breakfast and enjoy a good cup of tea and dress like a grownup and still start work at 8:00.
This morning I slept until 8:00 and tried to do the yoga Wii Fit class. It took me nearly an hour and was a combination of boring and too hard. Sometimes both at once. I don’t think that will be my go-to class.
But I think I will get back to scheduled sleep. 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. If I still get eight hours a couple of times a week, that will be better for my life overall.
