Sunday was a matter of driving 250 miles with a single, 10-minute break. Therefore, I do not include it in Spring Break.
We will be doing it again this coming weekend.
Today, everyone goes back to school and work, and I hope (after work — before work I have to take one of the boys to the dentist) to get the house cleaned and things generally back in order.
Today is also the day to begin the Regal Orchid Jasmine sweater. I will have to do some math first.
It is quite possible and geographically that would be more logical. The manner and colours of the paintings certainly seemed Norse. I mentioned Celtic because it was a fairly recent addition to the decor (it was painted onto the wood in gold, rather than carved) and the design they used reminded me of the trinity knot thing in Celtic art and such. In any case, it was beautiful and I maintain that it looked just like King Theoden’s hall at Edoras from The Two Towers movie. Hehe. Well, minus the horses.
Ooh. Regal Orchid Jasmine sweater! What’s that?
Rather you than me driving 250 miles. I’ve never done that and doubt that I ever will.
I will be joining you in the miles department. tis the season…
Just got back from 840 miles. Not to mention the 840 miles going up. Sounds like the tripping went well!
Yea, really. I’ve used it about twelve times today. The pages are filling rapidly… no way to tell whether this is good or bad.
The pictures are nice. I really can’t wait for Luc to get just a bit older so we can go places like that. We can’t really go where there is a lot of walking involved. Unless I can take my jogging stoller, as he’s gotten a bit to big for his umbrella stroller. Soon, I plan to take the boys to the zoo, and then when Todd gets time off of school for Easter vacation I’m considering taking them to the state capital. My dad lives there, so we can go see the interesting things and then let Luc nap at Grandpa’s house.
