It has been crazy busy, excitingly busy, at work. That always means that the whole eat, move, sleep paradigm falls apart. The meal above is not terrible. Tuna sandwich, corn chips, fruit salad — it could totally be worse.
But it could and should be better.
Hair, skin… well, I don’t have that polished professional look.
I need to make myself a higher priority — a high enough priority to take time for exercise and to make wholesome meals instead of using easy comfort foods to respond to overwork and fatigue.
It’s easy for me to feel like it’s a temporary situation and it doesn’t really matter. But that can go on for a really long time. That’s enough.
