Something new for Christmas.

Now back to something old: habits. I am working on those habits, and generally doing well, except that I’m not eating right and I’m not tracking what I eat, thus avoiding accountability for not eating right.

So I tried out a new app for tracking food. The goal here is a green line. Not an orange line. Just wanting to be clear on that.

I’ve now had two days without meetings or appointments and I’m feeling pretty normal. I’m not caught up on my work yet, but I’m feeling better.
