Not that I need any new patterns, but here’s some pretty new stuff from the Big 4
I like complex seaming. Doesn’t look too difficult.
Here’s another surplice type of bodice, this time on a historic evening gown. It could make a pretty day dress, too. Shorten and use a simple, drapey fabric.
Here’s a sack style dress. We haven’t seen those in a while.
Gertie’s sweetheart blouse.
From McCall’s archives, another dress with interesting seaming.
Also from the McCall’s archives, a super glam evening gown. This one will not work for a day dress, but it would be worth coming up with a formal event for.
So I guess its the season for complex seaming.
