I told my daughter that I didn't know why I was making a second Ketch out of the Haze Heather yarn, because it wasn't part of my plan.
"You're a squiggle," she said in a matter of fact way. "The only surprise is that you're surprised."
She has a point. Anyway, there it is, three skeins of Knitpicks Wool of the Andes Sport yarn on size 3 needles, using the same pattern I used to make the first Ketch, which you can see at roughly the same stage below.
We're talking shiny, slippery, lightweight, and marled for the first Ketch. I want to see how it turns out in something wooly and substantial, heathered rather than marled.
As for my plan, I've done no sewing an made no progress on my other WIPs, nor on the lace shawl which is a part of my DYW wardrobe plan.
