I had the injections. I was terrified. It was actually not as horrible as I expected. I didn’t see the needle and I am now better protected against blindness.
My eyes hurt all day and I had trouble seeing. Working was difficult. #2 son and his GF are coming in tomorrow and I’m planning a fairly fancy family dinner, so I won’t get a lot of work done tomorrow, either, but there it is.
I plan to make dahl and aubergine moussaka, shepherd’s pie, and perhaps some of the fun things from last year, too. I’m planning blueberry ricotta cake rather than cupcakes, but the chips and dip and the snack board and perhaps even the Jack o’ Lantern quesadillas. It’ll be fun.
