Wii Fit Reunion

When I got back to my Wii Fit, it told me that it had been 25 days since my last session. It also told me that I had lost four and a half pounds. This loss was achieved while I ate pastry every day, plus plenty of other members of my favorites among the Evil 6: gluten, dairy, and sugar. I usually lose weight when I travel, actually, even though I pay little or no attention to what I eat. I think there are two reasons for that.

  1. I get way more steps in.
  2. I don’t snack.
How can I continue to get higher levels of exercise while working? And how can I avoid snacking now that I’m in a house filled with readily accessible food?
